Posterior Abdominal Wall

This illustration shows various anatomical structures within the human posterior abdominal wall. The illustration was created using a traditional art technique called carbon dust, which was popularized by medical illustrator Max Brödel and adopted by several other medical and scientific illustrators in the twentieth century.
